All customers with access to Gray Falkon’s Tableau dashboards have been sent an email with a link to Gray Falkon’s Marketplace Brand Protection Portal, along with directions to reset your password. If you have not received an email to reset your password, visit https://analytics.grayfalkon.com/ and select “forgot password”.

How often is data updated?

Most data in Gray Falkon’s Marketplace Brand Protection Portal is updated daily, with the prior day’s data. After each update, a timestamp will display within the Portal indicating when the data was last refreshed.

 

This daily refresh ensures Gray Falkon customers have access to recent data for informed decision-making, while also allowing for consistent day-over-day comparisons.

How complete is the data?

Our data capture systems are comprehensive at magnificent scale to adapt to the dynamic nature of marketplaces’ operations. In the rare event that data extraction is incomplete, Gray Falkon’s AI-driven system will use advanced modeling to replace missing information.

With the launch of Gray Falkon’s new Marketplace Brand Protection Portal, all prior versions of the Tableau dashboards are no longer available. The new portal provides an updated and improved dashboard experience, incorporating enhanced features and functionality.
